Just in time for your new year’s resolutions, on Jan. 1, 2022, Unison Risk Advisors (Oswald Companies and RCM&D) will introduce a new wellness solution for you and your employees. Even better news is this wellness solution will provide you with a no cost wellness platform along with the tools and resources for advancing the health and wellbeing of your most valuable resources, your employees. The user-friendly portal provides you with access to a wealth of information designed to create and strengthen a culture of wellness within your organization. We will be sending a separate communication soon with a pre-recorded video introduction of the new website and the resources available to you and your employees.
In addition to the wellness calendar, articles, planning tools and forms, wellness+ also provides you with an option to access an enhanced web portal that can become the wellness hub for your organization. The hub provides a simplified process for collecting, tracking and managing various components of your wellness program, including preventive care and tobacco/nicotine attestation.
You are able to extend access to the new portal directly to your employees. Employees will be able to sign on to the site and access a variety of resources, including the fitness game, food tracker, recipes and an entire array of programs devoted to the management and reduction of stress. As a current client of Unison Risk Advisors, this enhanced portal is a no cost option for you.
Once you are ready to introduce the portal to your employees, we set up an activation link unique to your organization and your employees. An employee will simply need to enter their email and they will be ready to access all of the features of wellness+.
If you are interested in taking your wellness program to the next level, please contact your URA (Oswald & RCM&D) Service Team, or request an implementation kit here.
As part of your start-up, we will share sample announcements for the introduction of the new program.
