The month-long SparkAmerica 2023 Fit City Challenge will kick off Sept. 1 to help employees and clients work off summer fun and get back into fitness for fall.
This free, interactive event is designed to help individuals and companies become fit and healthy by tracking daily fitness activity minutes. Oswald is a proud partner of the fifth annual SparkAmerica 2023 Fit City Challenge Series.
Participants join their colleagues and help their employers reach the top of the company leaderboard while competing against other organizations and individuals. Individuals can earn bragging rights by proving they work for one of the healthiest and most active companies in the area. Organizations, on the other hand, can demonstrate their support of employee health and wellness.
“Healthy, happy employees have a positive impact on companies, which leads to healthier communities,” said Bill Fisher, managing director of Group Benefits at Oswald Companies. “Participating in the SparkAmerica 2023 Fit City Challenge is a great way to drive friendly competition and add some fun to the workday, while also demonstrating our commitment to community.”
Register to join companies in more than 100 cities across the country in the quest for physical fitness. The challenge will rank companies (in three different size categories) based on the total active minutes reported by all participating employees. The challenge is designed to be simple, free and fun, where participants can easily connect their wearable fitness tracker or smartphone to their participating city.
