The architecture and engineering landscape is constantly evolving. Whether you’re charged with keeping up with legislative changes on the local, state and national levels or staying abreast of the latest trends in the market, we understand you have a lot on your plate.
Oswald Companies is here for you. Our team has decades of experience serving architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors in the design build industry on projects of all types and sizes.
Tim Walsh, Oswald’s Senior Vice President and Director of Design and Construction, has more than 35 years in the industry. He has an unmatched passion for providing sound advice and guidance to his clients. “Throughout my career, I have been fascinated and in awe of the design and construction industry,” Tim said. “The creativity, precision and superb skills required to conceive, design, budget, sequence and construct a construction project have always inspired me and I have the deepest admiration for these professionals.”
His professional motto of “stay curious” comes to life every day in his work. If a client has a question he can’t answer or a need he can’t immediately solve, Tim will comb through a variety of resources such as talking with fellow experts and reading legal cases to find the solution. Through such dedication, Tim has become one of the industry’s premier thought leaders, often called upon to preside over national conferences, meetings and webinars. In 2021, he received the coveted Words of Wisdom award from IRMI for his outstanding contribution to educational programming for the Construction Risk Conference.
