Oswald Companies Named to Cool Places to Work in Michigan List for Third Consecutive Year
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. — Aug. 17, 2020 — For the third consecutive year, Oswald Companies was named to the Crain’s 2020 Cool Places to Work in Michigan, Large Employer category list, announced Aug. 14, 2020.
According to the Crain’s Detroit Business website, Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pa., produced the ranking of Cool Places to Work in Michigan for Crain’s for the eighth year. The 100 workplaces that earned the distinction in 2020 each provided a detailed account of their benefits and policies, and completed a confidential employee survey — covering workplace culture, company leadership and other aspects of work — that accounted for 75 percent of the final ranking.
