BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. — Aug. 22, 2022 — For the fifth consecutive year, Oswald Companies was named to the Crain’s 2022 Cool Places to Work in Michigan, Large Employer category list.

Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pa., produced the ranking of Cool Places to Work in Michigan for Crain’s for the tenth year. The 100 workplaces that earned the distinction in 2022 each provided a detailed account of their benefits and policies, and completed a confidential employee survey — covering workplace culture, company leadership and other aspects of work  — that accounted for 75 percent of the final ranking.
